We often have different events throughout the year that require tickets or RSVP-ing. Here are the current events:

May 10th 2019 - Rotary Ryder Cup In Memory of Brian Rice 

Everyone is welcome for a great day of Golf, Food, and Fun.
To kick off the golf season Rotary are bringing back to life a classic event many Rotarians attended in the past; the Rotary Ryder Cup. This event is open to everyone including the public. Please note you do not have to golf regularly to enjoy this event - all in the name of fun in memory of community member Brian Rice.

Along with fun and fellowship we are also raising funds for three causes: Rotary International Foundation, Comox Valley Hospice Society and Comox Valley Community Foundation.


WHEN: Friday May 10th 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
WHERE: Crown Isle Golf Resort

THE GOLF - 1pm Shotgun start
FUN TEAM EVENT: This will be a best ball scramble like every charity event has. Teams of four will all drive from the tee box and decide which ball is "best" to play. All players then proceed to the "best ball" and all play from that point until the ball is in the hole. The maximum score on any hole is 7 to keep the round moving.
Please sign up together as a team if possible.

DINNER - 6pm
Continue the night of fellowship and fun. If you are not golfing, please join us for dinner and laughter. There will be a silent and live auction, prizes, and much more. We will be wrapped up by 8:30pm. Dinner is $75 and included with your golf if you play.

Draw prizes: under $100
Silent Auction: $100 to $1000 per item
Live Auction: $1000 and up
Hole Sponsorship: $300


***HOW TO SIGN UP***
Cost for this event is $175 per person or $700 for your team. All-inclusive is golf with a cart, dinner, a tee gift, prizes and silent/live auction.

Cash or cheque is a preferred method of payment. All cheques can be made payable to the Rotary Club of Courtenay.
