Seeking Administrative Support Professional

Permanent part-time position (20 hours/week), with some flexibility and work from home possible

Comox Valley Community Foundation (CVCF) is seeking an administrative support professional to join our team. We are looking for a responsible and talented individual to perform a wide variety of administrative functions. As the first point of contact with our community, you will respond to inquiries, provide information about CVCF, and schedule meetings/appointments. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating our financial system, including day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting, and preparing charitable tax receipts. Organizing meetings and events, taking minutes, preparing reports, and administering our social media communications will also be a part of your work.

Wage: $25/hour
